Brad the owner of Foster Construction is a third generation Colorado native, boasts that his family has been in Colorado for over one hundred years. Brad heads up the Preconstruction Services, Estimating, and oversees invoicing for the company from the main office in Vail, Colorado. He also still gets his hands dirty project managing and superintending when needed. Having spent his entire career building in the mountains, Brad is a pioneer in environmentally respectful building practices and is always looking for the best detail, material and finish. He prides himself on making his homes high performance in terms of energy use, water consumption and temperature control. Attentive to detail and brimming with experience and pride, Brad has built some of the finest homes in the Vail Valley. A true family man, Brad spends his free time with wife, Ellen, and children, Randi and Will. They enjoy camping, fly fishing, cycling, skiing and playing hockey.

Juan has been working full time and part time with Foster Construction for many years. Juan enjoys getting to know the cleints and then providing servies to them many years after the construction is done.
Juan Guillen
Shaun got his start in the construction business building boats, tables, and chairs with his father. He then started working with his Grandfather Buzz Bainbridge in Santa Fe, New Mexico who is quite famous for his highend Adobe homes and developements. Shaun then moved into Land Developement, and production building before moving to Vail, Colorado.
Shaun Directs Business Operations for the company including Marketing, Business Development, Information Technology, and Talent Developement for Foster Construction. He also still gets his hands dirty project managing and superintending projects.
Shaun enjoys working one-on-one with clients to understand every detail of their home. He then enjoys organizing the construction and supply chain. He likes to make sure clients receive the highest value for every dollar they spend. In his spare time, Shaun enjoys supporting his Alma Mater Arizona State University, mentoring, politics, technology, skiing, cycling, hiking, traveling, designing, and landscaping.

Moses Casados
Kristin in our office and accounting manger. Kristin spent 12 years in the Vail Valley before moving a bit further west, to the Glenwood Springs area. She began working with construction projects while employed at banks in the Valley. She has been doing bookkeeping for the last 7 years.
Kristin lives in Glenwood Springs with her husband, step-daughter and twin sons. In her free time she reads, researches genealogy, hikes and cross-country skis. The whole family enjoys an annual summer fishing trip to Canada.
Moses is our Foreman on the Front Range, keeping projects moving forward each day and taking care of the little things that make clients happy.
Moses is very involved in his curch with his five kids. He also enjoys making music and listening to music.
