Brad, a third generation Colorado native, boasts that his family has been in Colorado for over one hundred years. Brad heads up the Preconstruction Services and Operations of the Colorado office. Having spent his entire career building in the mountains, Brad is a pioneer in environmentally respectful building practices and is always looking for the best detail, material and finish. He prides himself on making his homes high performance in terms of energy use, water consumption and temperature control. Attentive to detail and brimming with experience and pride, Brad has built some of the finest homes in the Vail Valley. A true family man, Brad spends his free time with wife, Ellen, and children, Randi and Will. They enjoy camping, fly fishing, cycling, skiing and playing hockey.

Shaun was formally a Project Manager and Superintendent for Boles/Foster Construction. He now manages the Front Range, and Directs Business Operations for the company directing Marketing, Business Development, Information Technology, and Talent Developement for Foster Construction. He got his start in the construction business building boats, tables and chairs with his father. He alsio spent his summers with his grandfather designing and building high-end Adobe homes since the early 90’s, then working at the company after College before getting into Land Developement.

Shaun enjoys working one-on-one with clients to understand every detail of their home. He then enjoys building it and making sure clients receive the highest value for every dollar they spend and get what they wanted. In his spare time, Shaun enjoys supporting his Alma Mater Arizona State University, politics, technology, skiing, cycling, hiking, traveling, designing, and landscaping.

John is the Founder of Boles Construction. John retired from Boles Construction in May 2010 to enjoy other passions in life, but looks in from time to time. John has always had a passion and enthusiasm for building. His father was involved in heavy industrial construction in California. When the opportunity presented itself, John jumped at the chance of starting his own company specializing in resort community custom luxury homes. He has built the business on the basic principle of trust, integrity and building the highest quality project possible. John's passion outside of construction is windsurfing, scuba diving, sailing and skiing. He is a past member of the Professional Ski Instructors Demonstration Team and was a Smoke Jumper Squad Leader for 9 years with the US Forest Service. He is a founding member of the Swift Eagle Charitable Foundation
